PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through Lafayette's preferred lender. Buyers who utilize our preferred lender for their loan will receive a credit that can be used towards closing costs at the close of escrow. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to our preferred lender to purchase.
Pre-qualification with Lafayette's preferred lender is required to participate in upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on the order of pre-qualification completion. The more complete information you provide on your application to our preferred lender, the faster they will be able to provide your pre-qualification letter.
