PRE-SALES PROCEDURES
All non-cash interested homebuyers are required to obtain pre-qualification approval through one of Rancho Palma’s preferred lenders. Buyers who utilize one of Rancho Palma’s preferred lenders for their loan will receive a credit at closing that can be used toward closing costs and/or optional upgrades. Cash buyers must provide proof of funds to purchase and receive the credit.
Pre-qualification with one of Rancho Palma’s preferred lenders is required to participate in an upcoming sales release. Purchase priority is based on order of pre-qualification completion.
You are not required to obtain financing with these lenders, you may work with a lender of your choice that is acceptable to the seller.
